Cindex has always been synonymous with excellent support, which was available to licensed users. With the transition of Cindex to open source, free professional support for Cindex is no longer available. Be assured that you still have very helpful alternatives for assistance:

From the Help menu, access the full contents of the user’s guide by topic, or search by keyword. Includes cross-links to similar helpful information within help. Or access context-specific help within panels, windows and boxes in the program by clicking on the ? and dropping it on a setting.

Cindex Users Discussion Group
The informal discussion group is a great place to get a quick solution to a simple question or to bounce ideas off other users. You can post your questions or search the archives to find solutions.
